What a freaken useless Springbok team! I can't believe they picked Oupa. He is my least favourite player. He doesn't know how to drive someone back. They should have gone with Notshe at least.

Ja, hells, not impressed. There's couple of important names missing there, and at least 3 names that I would not have in the starting line up, if in the squad. Glad to see Kitshoff included as a replacement, though, I think he's got some potential.

That's impressive! I stopped exercising sometime in May. Must really get back to it.
