I just like the function of being able to check my line speed and health of the connection - And being able to up or lower my sync speed from there was awesome.

That has been there for at least 2 months and it doesnt look like they are resolving it

Where can you do that?

Under WA/ my services / click view details next to the line management / select manage my line.

We used to be able to do it all - now its broken

It was their best feature, when I had loads of issues, they told me to use it and test which sync speed was the most stable for my connection

I can't find it in my WA control panel. Do they perhaps manage your line as well?

Yes they do, do yourself a favour and let them manage your line - if you have telscum issues, they log a fault for you!

That is what I ahve been doing for the past few weeks, I just sit in bed after dinner and watch tv, not really interacting with people. Still need to see if I can deal with peoples tonight. Im seriosuly struggling just to be social
