Do any of you ever go for general medical checkups or whatever they are called? I don't think I've ever been for one and it feels like I should probably do something like that.

I had to do something like that when I visited a mine in Malawi.

Mine was simple, Blood pressure, urine test, chest x-ray, that thing where they check your responsiveness. Asked questions do you smoke, drink etc..

I just did one for the new medical aid, you are supposed to go for a yearly check, I just dont bother going to see someone unless I am sick.

I haven't had a general checkup in years, although living with an MD does probably make me an outlier... If she has reason to suspect anything wrong, she'd feed me meds for it.

HAHAHA shame man! ek probeer nog borderlands klaar maak maar al my take vat nou precedent....

Jong ek weeti, daar is groot marakas by manlief se werk. van die mense het by a groot SA baas gaan kla or die vagueness van als en nous als weer op hold. ek gaan maar wag tot einde van die maand voor ek my bedanking terug trek (although die plek maak my mal, as ek iets anders kan kry gaan ek dit net vat)
