i managed to run 5km in 35min yesterday, was such an awesome feeling! should have gone to see an ENT ages ago, cause now i can actually breath properly and my hear rate doesnt go over 185 which is apparently bad

What was wrong? I did 7km in an hour.

i had a very bad case of "alergic rhianitus" coupled with the start of Lupus(i have it very mildly still where it is only affecting my skin and lungs at the moment)... im going in for a follow up on monday again.

About my pace as well. I do 3.6km in 30-32min. I try to do the same route at least 4 times a week.
