Most likely. im guessing they buy returned goods from their suppliers at a lower cost and resells it at a premium price, the ram is clearly used.

Busy and stuff at work. Busy with my handover and training of staff. Also trying to still sort out my VISA for Australia.

Apparently 20 days, but I've sent in everything a week or so ago already. Still, every day the travel agent comes back with a different problem that needs sorting. At this rate I won't be leaving for Aus before Christmas it seems. But hey hopefully they can sort it out quicker than usual.
