Hi all

Been super busy, I do read the threads but don't really get time to reply or post something.

Just found out that, contrary to what has happened the past few years, 15 December will not be a half day for us. This is now screwing with my driving down to Cape Town plans I already have in place.
I now have to ask my manager real nice like if I can leave at 12:00 on Thursday, otherwise I will use some additional leave days and take leave from Thursday (if he will agree to that).
Otherwise, I'm screwed.

No no, you want to avoid Cape Town this time of the year. It's all tourists and people from Gauteng here now.
 
That feeling when you wake up late, think its Thursday, and think "where is this holiday disappearing to?", when all of a sudden you look at the clock to see its only Wednesday! Woohoo! Extra day of holidays!!! :D

my holidays only start next week so ba humbug!
 
Our holiday starts tomorrow until the 9th. This will be the longest break I've had. Usually we finished on the 24th and came back on the 3rd.
