Microsoft didn't say, but here's what I'm thinking:

• It's not a tax clearance certificate, so it is not SARS.
• It may be radio compliance stuff, which is ICASA's domain, but I don't think so.
• Most likely it is the letter of authority (LOA) you need to import electronic devices into South Africa, which goes through the NRCS. Here's more detail on that: Why it takes so long for South Africans to receive international tech

That's weird. What's your fps like? Maybe it's a low framerate that's making you feel bad?

Its at 60 fps minimum. In warmframe the biggest issue is the fact that they made the game lighter

I think that's pretty likely, it's usually Strubens Valley, Little Falls, Honeydew and the whole surrounding area all the way down to Weltevreden Park. I think it was out yesterday morning while I was at work, but it was on in the evening at least.

Seems to be the sub-station on Christiaan De Wet most of the time

Welcome, welcome. I'm in the area but don't have the game, I'm afraid I *do* have really fast fibre, though. Centurion area, if you want to try and wangle a way to just use my connection to download the game?

Trying to find out how much to charge people for typing up 2 reports of 10 hand written pages each.

Found two places that seem to give a useful benchmark --

http://nikanntranscriptiontyping.co.za/rates/ - R20 to R40 per page, depending. You'll have to estimate how many typed pages the handwritten pages translate to. Count the number of words in the first 5 lines, multiply by 5 to estimate words on all 25 lines. It is roughly 600 words per typed page. Should be between one typed page per 1.5 - 2 handwritten pages. Adjust price depending on legibility.

Other example -- http://www.typingandtranscription.net/pricing.html. They charge R115-R130 per hour.

Hopefully those rates are up-to-date.

If you have to edit the work as well, remember to charge for that separately.
