greetings

spent over an hour and a half at capemail waiting for them to find my parcel thats been there for almost a month, luckily i didnt pay any customs fees (probably cause i had to wait so damn long for them to find it).

Mornin' everyone

Booked my star wars tickets. Got my pick of seats, I am the first to book for that theatre. I'm just glad SK opened up a theatre here. It will be nice to see movies with proper sound as opposed to the other theatre's 5.1 surround potatoes.

While I agree with the sentiment, I haven't missed a Star Wars premier since the original release of Return of the Jedi, so I have to put up with the eye strain. I had to shut off 3D in RotTR as well. My eyes are getting much worse. Would prefer to see it at IMAX actually, but I don't have one anywhere near me.

All the good movies have been only in 3D, and only for 3 weeks, at the other crappy theatre. Marvel movies, Warcraft, Star Wars, etc... But they play the Afrikaans romantic comedy crap for like a year straight. Sooo thankful for SK.

Eh apologies for getting people on your case about the FPB. I know you are just reporting.

We have them here for training. I dislike them so much. I think if I was a super hero then they would be my archrival.

No worries. It makes for an excellent example of where our "no attacks on journalists" policy comes from. Just one comment suggesting that I'm the reason the FPB is looking at Steam and it becomes the truth to forumites like Pitbull.

I'm a big boy, though, and been doing this for seven years. If I couldn't take the heat I would've got out of the kitchen a long time ago. ;)

If I get a chance today I'll post again in that thread and link people to to the document which explains how they can submit comments. The reason for an article like that is to inform so that people can take action if it affects them.

PM on its way soon. Hopefully some news you might be interested in...
