Due to a 4-year celebration of GTA V/Online - Rockstar is awarding players with $400,000 in game currency (GTA Online).

Not too sure if it's simply for logging into RGSC or going online (MP).

Not sure how long this is available for.

That is an extremely wide and general question.
Exercise for what exactly?

But in general as I mentioned before resistance training is best for recovery and training with injuries. Just making sure it is low impact on the joints mainly
