Tiger Wheel and Tyre...

Okay so I've just been at Tiger Wheel again to rotate, balance and align my car's tyres. I've never had an issue with them but I have noticed something strange about them. You know at the end when they test drive your car after the alignment? I hate that part. If they smash your car they will NOT pay for the damage. So as a customer you have the right to deny that testdrive at the end.

But check out their attitude when you do. lol. They change from friendly salesmen into rude, arrogant morons simply because you've denied them the chance to mess with your car.

I told them straight nobody's testdriving my car. I had him ride passenger while I was doing my thing testing it myself :P

I've had 3 tire changes all at Tiger Wheel, along with a couple extra wheel alignments (Note to self, stop drifting on the dirt road home :p)... Not once have they requested to test drive the car afterwards

@Neo, which TWT was this?

This is the Tiger Wheel and Tyre at Krugersdorp Key West. I always take my car there and I generally have good service. But this is the 2nd time I've told them I wouldn't be allowing a test drive with my car (it was raining quite hard) and AGAIN their attitude shifted from friendly to down right "upset" with me for some reason.

The last time the guy test drove my car he told me "the alignment is fine but it pulls to the left a bit when the boost kicks in". And I was like "WTF?!" he basically admitted to flooring my car!! :eek:

Anyways, I think I'll take my car to the Westgate Branch next time. The guys at Krugersdorp are slipping.

That's the thing Neo, He confuses Boost related torque steer with alignment. And you only get Torque Steer once the boost comes in nicely, (On a T4 Turbo and a 950KG Body my car changes lanes :p ) which means he is flooring the car.

Hmm how come when Maplassie is around, something is always not...... balanced ?
