Time for a speaker upgrade.

+1 for Logitechs. You can pick up a set of Z313s for about R500 and they are pretty decent.

A lesser known brand - the Divoom XForce1s go for about R450 (60W RMS). They have hit quite a sweet spot with those speakers.

Where do you get these prices? I bought a Divoom Xforce for R380, and they are rated at 60W RMS.

Apologies I thought you were talking about a different set. I bought the 5.1 set, rated at 100RMS.

I actually think the X-Force 1s have become more well known now, since, when I got my pair last year, I paid but only R350.00.

i have been using microlab 2.1 for the last 3 years and they very very decent. Cost me about 300 if i remember. They should be at game or pick and pay.
