If you have been using your PS3 you would notice that it (esp XMB) will start to feel slow and laggy.

After getting really fed up with this one evening I hit the internet and I found the link below, that will sort that out one time!

It really works. Been 'preaching' it on the PS3za forums for a while and the testaments there speak for it!
