Titanfall - Anyone playing?

So despite all the negative comments in the days leading up to and after the release of Titanfall, especially after EA announced that it would not be launching it in SA (officially), I got myself a copy anyway to check it out and I must say, my experience has been nothing but spectacular. The slightly higher latency has not impacted my experience or performance significantly I manage to play it with the same level of awesome as COD, of which the gameplay is basically the same. I read a comment on the topic a while back saying "Titanfall is just COD with Mech", and that's probably the most accurate description I've read to date.

So all this being said, is anyone else playing Titanfall on a regular basis? What's your experience?

I am about to give you the absolute best site in the world if you do Steam/Origin gaming and don't have a fetish for hard copies, i.e. don't mind downloading your games, legitimately of course.

cdkeywatch.com

That site pulls a massive bunch of international retailers price lists and ratings and sorts it with the cheapest on top, AND in ZAR so you don't have to go and calculate how much it will be. I paid R320 and played it within in two days, and that only because I have a crappy 2MB line and it's a fairly big download.

Enjoy! :D

You buy the CD key from an online shop and then just redeem it in Origin. Simple. Your online experience will be greatly determined by your connection (as is the case when playing online multiplayer on international servers rather than local). I'm playing on a 2Mb line with 150ms latency to NEU/WEU servers without any issues, but as soon as my line gets throttled (thanks MWEB), I can't play at all.

So I suppose it all comes down to how eager you are to play it. There will be no support if you're unable to play since technically you shouldn't be able to, but I personally wanted to see how it was and did not mind to take a R300 plunge for the sake of potentially enjoying it.

Which I am. Thoroughly. :D

I play it from time to time if I need a quick round of shooting things to calm the nerves. A friend of mine from the UK was kind enough to buy me a key for it a while back off eBay I believe.

That is indeed an awesome site! I just had a quick browse and see you can get a key for StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty for less than R190. I've been wanting to get hold of SC2 for a while now and that seems decent... Just a question on how legit this whole thing is - so, how legit IS it?

My internet gets all its settings from Sweden, so everything is localized from there. I have seen you can get Titanfall as one of those "demo" versions on Origin where you get a couple of hours free play.

Maybe if you are able to download or get the cache files from somewhere, you can give it a whirl.

I'm just taking a quick look at the new Naruto games pricing on this site, the best price is US$29.50, and on Steam it's US$49.99, that's give or take R200 less?

I believe in 'if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is', but I want to believe this is LEGIT.

Anyone else try out this site yet?

I actually played for the first time today bought a key yesterday and ye.
200 ping but not too bad.

Will put in some time this weekend and ye hopefully its amazing

I just bought Titanfall Deluxe Edition (Titanfall + Season Pass + bunch of extras) for R250 on the Xbox Live Store https://store.xbox.com/en-ZA/Xbox-O...-EDITION/3bfd1c20-747a-4bbb-978e-252c0cc6a78b (just click on the "Bundle Only" to get to the price)

Am i missing something here? This is like crazy cheap for an Xbox One game. Is the game that dead already or?

EDIT: Oops , why am i in the PC section...just ignore until i find the Xbox thread for this game ;)
