Tom Clancy dies, age 66

Actually kinda bummed boutthis. Work in a bookstore so I get to see just how much his work has been published in all forms of media.

Very sad news indeed. He will remain one of my favourite authors. His has truly left a legacy that will live on forever. RIP... :(
 
Wow, that is news. I've watched a number of his films, read at least a few of his books, and not to mention the games. He was a big part of my life come to think of it. RIP Tom Clancy.
 
I think I have read only one of his books, where there is cyber police who drive in cars on the internet - not sure if it was him or what the name was.

Sad about this, but he has contributed a lot ito novels, movies and being the inspiration for a lot of games.

the Jack Ryan movies were pretty good and enjoyed his games more than his books. a legend, none the less!
