Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition producer talks graphical improvements in new video

Would you buy a game again on PS4 if you owned it on PS3?

I said yes, but only under certain circumstances would I actually buy a game again. I wouldn't get the definitive version as I already feel the PC version (which I have) was the definitive version.

That said if I could get games again on PS4 for a discounted price after owning them on PS3 and they featured new and improved graphics, additional features and content then sure why not?

This one does have some upgrades over and above the PC's version though. Looks really amazing. I hope TressFX improves this generation though. It still isn't moving like real hair would move. I wonder if more games will make use of it.

I said no, as I don't think the better tech will make the game play any better. Look better yes, not play.

That's also true. I would also if I know that I would play it again on PS4. Games like Battlefield or CoD or any games with replay value would fall in that category for me.

Nope. As I told brendan in another thread, if they allow an upgrade choice - trade in my PS3 version for a discount on the PS4 one, by all means.

However, I own multiple games on Console and PC, so maybe :p

Even though I agreed with you in that thread, this franchise would be the exception to my rule :p. I bought Tomb Raider Legend 3 times (PS2, then PC, then Xbox 360 which had a similar graphics upgrade). Sad I know :p
