Try the friends only mode, or otherwise actually select the checkbox and search by name.

Well, I just realized that I can't see any internet games. It always just show 0 out of 557 games. So, I've logged a ticket.

I've never seen or heard of that happening. Are you sure you don't have a filter enabled? Friends only for example?

No, happened occasionally on my side as well. Don't know what he did but we managed to play in the end
