I'm not sure the tombstone thing will be as awesome as everyone thinks, but I'm not sure. If it's anything like the Memorial in The Hive in Planescape, then it'll basically just be a matter of looking up your name.

But yeah, to have my name immortalised in the spiritual successor to my all-time favourite game? Priceless :D

Like I said, I would've gone for much higher if I could've afforded it, but I can't. If the damn Kickstarter just ran for two months then sure. But one month? No time :(
 
It's over 4 million now. I would have liked to pledge, but I'm flat broke for the rest of the month. :(
 
I see the guys mentioned in an update they also wanted to beat Obsidian's Kickstarter which somehow ended on 3.9mil . Torment now passed that meaning it's now the game with the most funds raised on KS, beating Project Eternity.

*nod* It's excellent news.

And I'm overjoyed that Avellone will be a part of it. I don't think it would be (read: feel like) Torment without him.

So, in away, Obsidian is part of that too, just not "officially" :p
 
And Torment: Tides of Numenera is funded. $4,188,927 with 74,405 backers.

Can't wait to find out what the PayPal tally is on top of that. Probably around $4,350,000 give or take.

I hope we still get the stronghold and extra content expected at $4.5mil.
