Tritton AX180 headset and Rampage Gaming. Opinions?

Posted in another forum as well, so if this is a double read for some of you, my apologies, just trying to get as many opinions as I can.

Ok, so, I'm considering getting a headset, and the Tritton AX180 looks nice. The best price I can find seems to be at Rampage Gaming for R731

So, questions:
1: Do you guys think this is a lekker headset, and worth the cash?
2: Would it work with both the old phat XBox 360, and PS3, (both connected to TV using HDMI) for game audio and chat, without the need for additional accessories or adapters?
3: Has anyone bought from Rampage Gaming before? Are they a reputable online store? Service/Reliability/etc?

That is a pretty good price, and I am a big fan of Tritton headsets.
As for if it'll work on you're old 360, I can't see why not.

Mate of mine has the top spec trittons, and nothing and I mean nothing gets close to them for gaming.

Things that I'm wondering are if I'm using the HDMI, do I need an extra adapter to get the audio out of the xbox, and if I need an extra connector to go to the controller for xbl chat. They may be included, but I'm not sure.

EDIT: Got a reply on another forum that TopCD has a set for R600. Not sure if it's the same model though

Does your TV have a 3.5mm out? Connect the headphones to that, I did have the Tritton AX Pros about 3 years ago, the sound was really tinny though.

It does, currently going out to the hi-fi, but I've got some rca splitter cables lying around somewhere that I can use. That may be just the trick.

Were the AX Pro's the wireless ones? If so, that might account for tinnyness
