For those of you who struggle to play with or against friends online.Mainly games that do not have dedicated servers.Most of you use Hamachi or Gameranger.There is a 3rd alternative for your VPN needs.
I found this while searching for an easier way to play lesser known games with friends.

Now Tunngle works a little different than previously mentioned VPN tools.Some of you might have heard of it already some of you might be looking for a better tool.
In my experience so far Tunngle is the better option.Though it is only in a beta phase it is fully functional and pretty easy to set up.Because of it being in beta you cannot create game channels or private channels yet.But there is really no need for it.You can join any channel and play any game while in the channel you are connected to.
Download the software, create a account on the Tunngle site, run the tool, join a chat room of your choice with friends and you will be able to find hosted games fairly easily.Tunngle also generates an IP that is displayed in the main menu of the utility.That can be used for direct IP connects.
So far every game we have created we have been able to join through Tunngle.A friend and I are currently playing Brain Lara Cricket 07 via Tunngle and it is indeed good fun.Both of us are on 384 dsl lines and everything works fine.We have also tried Swat 4 and Magicka.
