I've watched a bit of Revenge, didn't quite get into it. But my wife watches it, and my brother in law too. I'll give it a go when my wife is watching and catch the odd episode which isn't bad at all.
 
So iv just heard about this series Archer... Apparently season 5 is starting soon and its supposed to be EPIC!

Is it worth a look into? Whats it like? Same sort of humor as family guy?

Season 5 just started. It is it's own unique brand of awesome epicness!

As with Invader Zim, you have not lived till you've seen Archer. It's going to be a sad day when they end the series :(

Great post, Alien. Under the Dome was interesting even though it was a bit cheesy in places. And will check out the app later.

blacklist's return was orsome and the almost human ep was also strong, the new sleepy hollow wasnt that impressive imo. cant wait for the next ep of banshee (odette anabelle is guest starring for a few eps :love::love:)

Indeed, glad they decided to renew Banshee. New ep was pretty good, looks to be a promising season 2

Yeah, some of us can read. We just find the opinion of those conversant in the topic at hand a more informative method of getting the info we need. Especially since we can then discuss it afterwards.

It's annoying when likeminded people have deep and meaningful conversations in a thread and someone like Tom comes in (with no research whatsoever done beforehand) feign interest in a series just for the sake of making a post for more points for a comp. He compared archer to family guy (srsly?) which shows he did absolutely no prior research into this.
Imagine how frequent posters must feel when having a meaningful convo going and then someone drops a comment like this... kinda insulting.

Apparently Endeavour is also really good.

There is also Sherlock (not Elementary) and Castle if you want something on the lighter side.

The best Crime and investigation I've seen was Larsson's trilgoy (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), but you have to try and get the original swedish ones as the US just americanlized it as with Inbetweeners. Yes its a three part movie, but still wow. Also note its not for the sensitive viewers...
