Twitch announced it is increasing stream quality by adding support for 1080p/60fps video.

This doesn't work well at all for ZA users - I have a 20/20 line and the lag was awful!
YouTube Gaming allows me to stream at 1080p at 60FPS with NO Frame rate loss.
