Tycoon Games

I am looking for any tycoon games old or new to buy. The problem I have is that I'm looking for Real Estate Tycoon for a couple of months now and nobody can help me. Please anybody if you have or know of any tycoon games let me know.

Steam has a few tycoon games. Prison,rollercoaster and hospital.

Did a quick search on Real estate Tycoon and the only one I can find is a facebook and flash game.

A freeware version of Transport Tycoon Deluxe. It's free, and by far the best of any Tycoon game's you'll get. Unless you care about modern graphics.
