Ubisoft and Watch Dogs: incompetence or malice?

I'm looking forward to trying to get into the game once the patch drops (assuming it improves the performance). Right now the performance problems are dousing my immersion and testing my patience.

That is fair. I'm hopeful as well that it will make a difference. For what it's worth I see that they have updated the cTOS mobile app.
