Unable to unsubscribe from MyGaming mailing list

When I click on the http://mygaming.co.za/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions link to unsubscribe from the Mygaming mailing list I get the message below:

Can anybody assist?
 
The link in the email is the one I posted. I also get the same message when I try to go there manually by clicking on Forum actions, General settings.

Yeah, so there seems to be a snag with anti-spam stuff we implemented some time ago. You don't get access to User CP until your account has a certain number of posts and is a few days old.

I'll manually disable "Receive admin emails" for mystic007 for now.
