Uncapped ADSL hits new price lows

Unlimited might be a bit of a stretch. Uncapped in SA is, for most ISPs, just the idea that you won't get cut off after using a certain amount. The extreme shaping and throttling policies used by ISPs such as WebAfrica and Afrihost certainly limit your broadband access.
