Jesus, so this Free upgrade really is not free...

I am getting seriously pissed off with my Cybersmart 1Meg uncapped speed too, currently getting 0.12 M down. FFS, this is not right, and should be taken to some higher authority. I got better speeds on my 384k line. Sonce going to uncapped, I have NEVER had a speedtest at more than 0.7 M down...
