Upgrading GFX or to i5

Will it be worth upgrading and if so what will be the best thing to upgrade? Upgrading to i5 or graphics card? I really don't know if it's worth to spend all the money on upgrading or wait till the prices drops a bit?

Here is my specs:

Motherboard: MSI P45 Platinum
RAM: Apacer DDRII 800MHz
HDD: about 3TB in total
Graphics card: MSI Geforce GTX280 oc edition
CPU: Intel Q9450 oc to 3.2GHz with Zalman CNPS9700 cooler
Power supply: Corsair TX650W
Case: Cooler master CM690 with all 7 fans
Screen; Acer 23" V233H

So if I upgrade to i5 'n will only need a Motherboard, CPU, RAM, maybe a CPU cooler. I only want to get the MSI brand motherboard as I can get them from my supplier.

If I upgrade to graphics card I want to go for the new ATI 5 series cards.

If its worth it I will get myself a upgrade. anything else i should rather upgrade.

Why do you need to upgrade? Thats a helluva PC you got right there! Upgrading either of the two is simply a waste of money at this point imo.

Well I would have said get the 5 series, your CPU is still good, the ATI 5 series is DX 11 compatible so you are ready for all the shiny new FX (or Microsoft hype) that will be released in 2010. Not to mention that the 5 series is a monster of a GFX card.

Shhhhhh.....he's not upgrading :D

Yeah why do you need to upgrade, that is a hectic machine. There is a point where even the best PC component wont run your games thaaat much better or faster...

If you were to upgrade go for the i5 proccessor

Will adding a 8600gt for physx provide me with smoother gameplay in physx enabled games? or will it be better to get a geforce GTX220 or 210 for physx

9600GT would be perfect, 8600GT is bit of a kaka card.

I personally think the GT210/220 is more for Home Systems
