Why DSL upload speeds are so slow

Internet users in South Africa have long complained about the slow upload speeds available on services such as ADSL and VDSL

This is depressing. T_T

On the other hand I am busy looking into splitting my connection into two DSL for download and 4G for upload.
I have found a few ways to kind of do this but still looking for the best option.

Will post a solution here once I have found one that works.
