What do you mean pay? It's already been developed over like 6years. It was just a side project with guys contributing when they could, hence the constant delays.

That's some devoted fans then. I wish I had the resources to do that in my spare time. Still hoping some get offered jobs at Valve and get HL3 moving along.
 
I just hope the Desura keys for Towns, Kenshi and Project Zomboid will be activatable on Steam. Would be nice not to have to repurchase them for the platform.
 
Well Friday is the official release date for the non Steam version. If it's not on Steam at the same time then I'm not going to wait.

Looks like Black Mesa has been approved on Greenlight now. Well done to all the upvotes folks - every bit helped :)
