ANC deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa has urged Limpopo residents to vote or else the "Boers" will come back to power, the Star newspaper reported on Monday.

"If you don't vote the Boers will come back to control us," Ramaphosa reportedly said in Seshego.

He was speaking to disgruntled resident, Johanna Phala, 49, who had vowed not to vote in next year's elections because the ANC had disappointed her.

Dam... If i were in that crowd when he said that. I woulda yell....What F*cking CRACK ARE YOU SMOKING, they either left or have been farm murdered!

As you can clearly see, the ANC is all about reconciliation, breaking down "us and them" mental attitudes, leaving racial inspired stereo-types behind and building bridges to cross the many divides that has plagued this country since time began.
Viva, bloody Viva!

This really grinds my gears for 3 reasons

1. If your not happy with the ANC then give someone else a turn. By not voting your effectively keeping the same useless government and nothing will change. What are you expecting, they look on the register and see 50 people didn't vote and say wow we need to do something. Personally IMO, if you don't vote then you deserve to be fucked over by government.

2. The ANC was not the only party that fought apartheid, the DA was only the opposition then. Also why would another party bring back apartheid, they canned it because it was causing shit. Once more the ANC is trying to divide the country on racism by pitting one race against another.

3. How is using Boers to describe a race not racist? It's not like he is talking about farmers but instead a demographic portion of SA. When someone uses Boer outside of a farmer connotation, then IMO he/she is racist.

Trying every tactic they can. The ANC knows that once they're out (and their time will come) all the gravy train riders will be sitting in prison.

Here's an interesting tidbit for you: The National Party was the architects of apartheid, right. They thought it out, implemented it and defended it with tooth and nail on the international arena. You won't see the NP around anymore. Why is this? Because they merged with the ANC. Not the DA. Not the FF+ (or whatever they call themselves these days). Not the IFP. The party that was responsible for apartheid merged with the ANC.

So who do you think should be feared most?

Wow seems my reverse apartheid theory could hold water

In that case, instead of not voting, she should vote for someone else.

Seems to me the ANC is leveraging on fear and racism to keep themselves in power

This may seem stupid to us, and it is, but keep in mind the general IQ of the majority of ANC's voters. They will absorb this like a sponge.

Ramaphosa's remarks echoed a study released in April by consumer insights company Pondering Panda which found that 46 percent of youth respondents of all races believed the DA would bring back apartheid if it won next year's elections

^^Proof.

The ANC is now resorting to racist, underhand tactics and as usual, getting away with hate speech. Well done you bunch of asshole clowns, everyone can see your desperation.

Ah, the joys of sweet justice coming into play. Fuck with your country and your country fucks with you.

Unfortunately their voters have the IQ of a fly and will believe anything they say.

They should make a law that if your IQ falls below a certain threshold, you should not be allowed to vote, as in, you do not know what is good for you because you are dumb as shit. Slighty harshly put, but I think this innocent law can benefit the whole nation.

Hahaha - damn straight. Same goes for driver's licenses. If you're a dumbass, you shouldn't be in control of a moving vehicle. Slightly Un-PC I know.

I feel sorry for my neighbours gardener who is wearing an ANC cap, how can he vote for them and be proud to wear their cap while working.

I also registered yesterday so I can support the DA :D

It's a matter of perspective don't you think? If this chap has an RDP house, he is working, then he may argue that the ANC has delivered for him and he'll continue to vote for the ANC. Aren't you being presumptuous as to how he feels?

Vote so you can strengthen the opposition. Stronger opposition would have meant no e-tolls ;) .

Yeah we all know that politics is politics but an attempt will always be better than none.
