WARNING!If you take photos with your cell phone

This technology has been around for quite sometime and has been used by various intelligence agencies...
On MOST websites that you upload a photo to a 'mark' is left and almost every photo that you post (very few that cannot) can be used to track your location (where the photo was uploaded)...
But i really would not take this SOOOOOOO seriously, unless you are being stalked or have been receiving 'death threats'...
I'm sure you can use some kind of program or proxy server to mask this completely and hide your computer from them if you really wanted to do so.
 
Unfortunately stuff like that is real and very easy to achieve. As someone who specializes in networking security I advise my staff to be more vigilant when doing stuff on the web especially when we are more exposed and leave a pretty big footprint everytime you do and say something online. :)
 
Facebook actually strips this information for the past two years (since there was a talk on this at blackhat 2011).
