Watch Dogs 2 PC delayed and system requirements revealed

The only thing we can hope for is that WD2 gets released with less controversy than WD. They seem to be doing the "check all the PCMR checkboxes" things.

- 4K support
- No FPS cap
- Full SLI/Crossfire support at launch
- Multiple save files support
- Multi-monitor support with borderless mode
- FOV sliders
