Weird lag in game?

You're going to have to use layman's terms with me, I'm afraid. Keep it as simple as possible please guys, I know very little about computers and internet related stuff.

The thing is, I've never had this issue before, it just started happening in the last few days...

When I tried the very first one of these, it kept saying "request timed out" over and over.

Hi Kimitar, well then that means that the particular server you're trying to ping might be offline for maintenance or the IP changed and it's not getting an echo reply from the server.

Try pinging one of the others and see if any of them respond. If not, you might want to use a program like WireShark to get a TCP protocol dump whilst you're playing. Basically it's a program that collects real-time TCP/IP data from your network interfaces and you will find the server IP in those logs if need be. Let me know if you need help with this or get to a point where it will be necessary to use this software.

This might probably be the best way to find the problem as it will give you a lot of detailed network traffic information.

Have you tried using a different ADSL account yet?

This stuff is way too complicated for me to figure out and do on my own. Is there any way you can get in contact with me and help me work through this? PM me if you like.
