Ahh, we're talking exclusives... Didn't mention that in the title. Otherwise I would vote for Red Dead Redemption, probably CoD:BlOps for them zombies, and possibly one of the Assassins Creed II games.
Exclusive though, must say I enjoyed the pants off of Halo
