Do you agree? What do you think are some of the hardest games on PC?

Mmmm multiplayer game's difficulty depends on those who you play against so you can't really put them on a list with singleplayer games, in my opinion the Dark Souls games are definitely the hardest games I have played so far.

That list is not too bad. Dark Souls 2 does have a built in easy mode though; magic and hexes/miracles. I would add Hotline Miami and Binding of Isaac to that list.

There were about 77 games that were mentioned in the brief informal survey responses:

Dark Souls
Dark Souls 2
Super Meat Boy
Dota 2
CS:GO
I Wanna Be The Guy
Super Hexagon
League of Legends
Dwarf Fortess

OSU! is super easy if you use a pen and tablet. Using a mouse is a nightmare, and you should receive double points for getting SS with a mouse.

Not surprised to see Dark Souls up there, but I must say, old Nintendo games from back in the day were worse. 3 lives, no saves, no continues, instant kills.

I'm surprised that Ori and the Blind Forest isn't in there. It was one of the most frustrating games I've played in recent years, but it was good enough so that I kept playing (and restarted after finishing it).

The Dark Souls series so far is the most difficult I've faced.
Don't think I'm ever going to finish a single playthrough. Whenever I'm stuck and check walkthrough and realise all the shit I could have (or was supposed to have) done, that's when I lose my cool.

"I should have gone there."
"I should have taken that."

Like FFFS man! JFC, HTW was I supposed to pull that idea out of my ass?!

Yeah it's best to download a walkthrough, and do a quick read through before moving to each area. There are so many insanely weird things that can screw you over if you don't know about them. I took the pyromancer stream, and there's a guy teaching you pyromancy. Now you have to upgrade to a certain level to unlock the second teacher, but at one point the first guy asks you a where you got a certain spell, and if you tell him, he walks away and never comes back. And if you haven't upgraded your spells enough to unlock the second teacher- well, sorry for you.
Great game though, and definitely worth playing just for the satisfaction of downing the bosses

Platform games involving lots of jumping....just cant do it, I have the grace of a broken stair case and the hand eye coordination of a new born baby....
