Mostly just playing Dragon's Dogma now ...
It's quite the game; actually managing to keep me away from Diablo. The more I play, the better the game gets. I restarted last night, since I wanted a fresh start now that I have a better understanding of the game. One thing I can say is that there is no hand-holding here (or maybe I'm just stupid). It took me a long ass time to figure out exactly how the pawn system and everything works. Main problem I have so far is there is no clear indication whether or not your character is strong enough (high enough level) to take on a particular monster. The game can be very punishing if you stumble into the wrong area at the wrong time (especially after sunset). Highly recommended to fans of exploration-driven open-world RPG's and fans of Demon's and Dark Souls. It's not quite a Souls game, but it is certainly feels like one.
