I have a 1mb and can't play at all

the tutorial missions go ok but soon as I enter the city it's fubar. just keeps rubber-banding

It shouldn't be, my brother and I share a 2MB line and play at the same time with little issue.

I had that on Saturday afternoon so I quit and did something else instead. Besides that it works fine - except for the 400+ms ping to the US where the servers are. But I got it pretty much exclusively for the Foundry content so it's more of a single player game at the moment.

yeah i tried playing yesterday on Mindflayer and then Dragon and both were terribad. Dragon was a little bit better, for about 2 minutes

Weirdly enough dota I dont enjoy, I prefer the pace of LoL. Fijah took me into the LoL world.
