Borderlands series (I can have both here hey?)
Halo 3 (a classic, plus a friend and I beat it on Legendary ;)
And of course, (say this in a deep and epic voice) SOUL CALIBUR FOUR (especially love the corny (but EPIC) stuff the guy says the whole time haha!)

I know, not the newest of games, but these are the ones I find myself playing more than the others on my xbox...
