What is the first PC Game you ever played?

I think mine was Space Invaders.

I've played quite a few, maybe all of the ones mentioned here too. Dangerous Dave and Prince of Persia were two of my favourites.

The original Leisure Suit Larry on an AT/XT thing in monochrome (was at my Mom's work lol - one of the reps there had managed to score a copy).

Wow, that is hard. May have been Leisure suit larry- I remember going over to my friends house and trying so hard to get into the game, but first having to answer those freaking difficult questions.

My first console game was pong or tanks on one of these babies:

aaahh, hahaha this was the controller we used. Imagine this for assassins creed:

So what is the earliest PC game you remember playing?

For me the earliest game I can remember playing was either Red Alert 1 or Duke Nukem 3D. :)

Earliest remembering...not sure :p. I do remember playing some Serious Sam 1 and 2, when it came out, with my friend. That was a lot of fun :D

First games i ever played was Calgames (California games for those who do not know and PoP) And Street Rod Racing

The first proper one...Warcraft 1 (or 2?). Not counting various crap obtained from 100 great games CDs and early stiffy drives...

Also vaguely recall playing something called Talisman. And some driving game involving ducks or something (great split screen).

WC2 was the first one that truly grabbed me. Watched as a guy I looked up to play it & procured my own copy. I was too young to really grasp it though so I mostly played with cheats ("It is a good day to die").

the first game i remember playing was some golf game on a pc with a nice amber monochrome screen! i am not sure what it was called. there was no sound and the graphics was absolutely horrible. this was in the mid 80's.

the first game with a name i remember was Space Quest. sheesh, that game was awesome!

My first PC game I played is difficult to say, but there is a couple that come to mind, Test Drive 1, Frogger and Police Quest, I also remember Hot Rod, but that came after Test Drive, also CalGames

I'm almost 100% sure you're talking about Wacky Wheels!

My first PC game was Police Quest 1, where you actually had to type in the commands. My first game that I bought was Doom 1 on about 10 stiffies. :D

Doubt it.

I still have the 4 original stiffies in the box I bought at Software Connection Braamfontein(Yep before they went "incredible") even if you got it on 720's it would not have been 10, and the game did not come on floppy.

I swear i remember it being around 10... Well, most "decent" games at that stage fit in 10 stiffies if you archived them with ARJ. :)

I can't remember the name of the first pc game that I played. It was way back, before games were in colour. It was a platformer but it was before Prince of Persia. There were bats and um I kind of remember what it looks like but nothing else.

It was the first pc game that I played because our neighbours when I was small bought a computer that came with a joystick and the dad would let me play this game. Man but it was many years ago.
