What is the first PC Game you ever played?

I'm gonna stick my neck out and call it as Saboteur 2. It was also known as Panther (because there where panthers) or Ninja ('cause you're a ninja) to some people. I think the entire game was about 64kb in size. You drop into a facility from a hang glider and then have to complete a mission and escape on a motorbike before the time ran out. There was no save game option, so each time you were done with a mission, you got a code you could enter to skip to a specific level.
Oh, and the bats were in the caves under the facility.

Ooh I remember that game clearly, was just short of 64K and I had it on my Commodor 64.

Was the 1st game I ever pirated :D (Highspeed dubbing on my parents Hi-Fi)
 
There's a couple of games mentioned on here that are among my first, Gorilla, Sopwith and Nibbles for instance, but the other two memorable ones for me:
Commander Keen in Aliens Ate My Babysitter!

and Scorched Earth, the original World of Tanks.

Hard to remember 16+ years ago so clearly/fondly.

Edit: Last PC game I remember playing though was Borderlands 2 :P
 
While alley cat, paratrooper and those were all played by me, the first I can REMEMBER is darklands...EPIC EPIC stuff that game.

Jeez u must have started off with quite a decent machine :p I had to do a HECTIC upgrade when for christmas the one year my mom bought me Age of Empires 1 and Dark Reign... You didnt even need a video card, it was all about the sound card back then :D

LOL it had a Voodoo 3Dfx card, but only 32Mb RAM. So I had to get another 32Mb to put info the machine. It was a nice capable machine for its time...
