Hey chaps and chappetes,

So Lyt inspired me from his affectionate show of bro love to brad :D to find out what everyone drinks here in mygg land!

Evenings at home: Beer - Black label and Castle Milk stout ( i know not many like it! )
At the club or bar - Beer or Draught
Teasers - Double KWV and Coke

Lets hear it from you drunken lot now!
 
I like Hansa, I blame the dusi for that one.
Guinness is also nice and I have a place selling quarts cheaper than a quart of Hansa, milk stout also isn't bad.
Then if its been a long day I have a bottle of absolute Vodka for those days, then Russian bear for parties and also Nfs and grid.

Shots-tequila and jaga

Not touching brandy ever again since it makes me go crazy (in a bad way).
 
I'll have a beer now and again but not a big fan. Have to say that Steph Weiss is very good although not really mainstream.

In general though I prefer Whiskey: Jameson, Bushmills and recently I've found a liking in Johnny Walker.

Double on the rocks please :)
 
Oh, and when it comes to shots I have 3 rules:

1. It shouldn't taste like liquorice
2. Don't mix the tequila with some other weird stuff
3. Don't be a wuss, have at least one shot with me :(
 
Pale/lager beer, not that dark or fruity crap. I hardly drink anything in SA because the beer is so very bad, but my favs when I go to EU are Pilsener, Budweiser ,Helles, Spezial, and Export is probably the best. In my lifetime I've tried over 50 kinds of beers ( probably more ) and those I named are definitely the top of the lot. If you get a chance to go to UK be sure to visit the free range pubs, they aren't tied to any breweries and the choice is just gigantic. Still have to get my hands on some Czech beer, heard it's beyond amazing.

As for the shots, only before the beer, otherwise I get those horrible hiccups that last for hours and burn my throat. Got a few favorites, but the names aren't very appropriate :) .

Also for any of you people who like SA beer, come to Ireland ( or anywhere in the UK basically ) or Germany or Austria and you will never want to drink your crappy SA beer ever again.
 
Beer, lots and lots of it as well. Windhoek Lager is my favourite beer, but in Muldersdrif I found the best brewery that has home made beer. Incredible taste. I just can't remember the name now.

Then I like my whiskey as well. I got for my birthday a bottle of Lagavulin 12 year. Probably the best whiskey I've ever tasted.

Then shots, I love a Jagermeister. I'll drive tequila only if I'm out to get drunk.

Budweiser :eek: That shyt tastes like kark!

Actually we put milk in a Budweiser bottle and said down it :D (He hates milk and chundered his steers out). Young and dumb :o
 
At home: Heineken and Black Label
At restaurants and pubs: Castle Draught (if they have it), otherwise other draughts and if that fails, either Heineken or Black Label.
 
Used to be a brandy drinking man, never liked beer all that much, but a while ago I decided to not drink anymore so now all I drink is lot's of coffee and Pepsi/Coke/Fanta.
 
Coffee (black)
Coke
Rooibos tea (black)
Scotch
Port (tawny)

And nothing else & in that order of preference... :)
