I shall not kill him! I shall name him monkey and he will be my monkey butler! I might consider naming him Charles or Stanley. I will however ask him to wear pants in future.

We have artist Wim Delvoye to thank for this one; it's the Cloaca shit machine, which mimics the human digestive system to produce what smells and looks like human faeces. The machine has been replicated and updated for various installations on public display.

One vacuum sealed bolus (read 'turd') will set you back around 1000 euros.

No word yet on when the contraption might be coming to South African galleries.

Markface, you are now the proud owner of this magnificently useful bag:

Some form of Jelly shots, that were taken from a masterchef contestant after the Judges got sick after tasting their dessert?

Those are un-molded gelatin sweet samples in a petridish.

The flavors are transparent yellow and red.

When it comes to artificial flavors I do not kid around with the supposed flavor which it mimicks and just call it by its colour."whistling:

PS: the poo machine is disturbing.

We find it very disturbing that so few posters are offering guesses in this thread. Considering how many active forum members frequent this site, there should be considerably more posts in this here thread. Instead, it has become clear that many people are wasting their posts in threads like "The Thread Killer", "Food Porn" and "The Witcher 2".

We are hoping that this trend will change in the coming week. If not, we will be forced to post in this thread pictures of various creatures, naked, asking forumites to identify the species.

A self-healing hydrogel that binds in seconds, as easily as Velcro, and forms a bond strong enough to withstand repeated stretching. Numerous potential applications, including medical sutures, targeted drug delivery, industrial sealants and self-healing plastics.
