Obviously this is an erotic sculptural piece dating back to the times of the primitive lizard-people (:rolleyes: dinsosaurs, feh!). To them, the elbow was the most sensitive erogenous zone and they immortalised the most beautiful ones in what they called "chewing-gum sculpture" (and yes of course they had chewing gum and English back then, where do you think those things come from, Dummy?).

You can clearly see that this is infected tonsils (Tonsillitis) that has been removed. The main symptoms of tonsillitis are inflammation and swelling of the tonsils, sometimes severe enough to block the airways. That's why it's better to have it removed. The tonsils in the picture has been detached from the body for quite some time and thats what caused the colour to go a bit off.

That's a pure calcium rock with chocolatized slugs feeding on it. Did you know chocolate had high levels of calcium...? I suppose now you can guess where it comes form :wtf:
 
Wow I'm truly a very slow individual. I only now get what does it mean to win a poopy prize...:confused: so now I'm much more sad that I won 2 bloody prizes with the previous picture...
