When you plan to OC,are you going to with an aftermarket cooler?If so,I suggest you get yourself a CM Hyper 212+.Decent cooler and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.
New recomendation, a Gigabyte or Asus Z68 Motherboard with a i7 2600K or i5 2500K CPU.
Also, new from Gigabyte, a Z68 board with onboard mSATA SSD 20GB drive.
