What mouse do you use?

For gaming on my lappy, I use the Zalman M300 and some random wireless mouse for presentations.

Pros:
- It's compact
- Has on the fly DPI switching
- Lightweight

Cons:
- Not good for palming movement, due to its size.

For main PC: MS Sidewinder

Pros:
- LED display of DPI
- Weight adjustment
- Macros

Cons:
- Thumb button needs a bit of getting used to
- "Game folder" button is useless (Can't rebind)

Gave the Razer deathadder to my mom because she wanted big thumb buttons :D

Waiting for the crowd to go crazy when MissileToe decides to join this thread :p

I use a Razer Mirror Finish Abyssus, mainly cause i love the entire clean minimalist look and feel. plus its a great mouse.
No funny buttons in the way but does have on the fly dpi switch.

Tryna decide between this and sensei raw. Or g500

I have both and honestly I don't know which one I prefer.

My G500s sensor broke after 11 months and I had a free replacement but decided to buy a new one anyway.

Besides that, the G500 is extremely comfortable but so is the SteelSeries Sensei. My only issue with the Sensei is that it's ambidextrous so the right side buttons can get annoying. You disable them but hitting them annoys me.

I use a Logitech G9X

It's not bad. My favourite mouse was the Microsoft Habu. It was such a shame when it broke. I just won a Steelseries mouse with Superbru and Lazygamer but I don't know what kind it is yet.

I use the Razer Lachesis.

Pros:

  • Lots of buttons
  • Great for lefties
  • Pretty colors
  • Great customization of buttons

Cons:

  • Drivers are no longer being updated
  • It randomly stops working, then I have to reconnect it

I just love the look of the Sensei so much; do the buttons offer some resistance? My G600 is really easy to press the buttons and I prefer some resistance like my G9X had.

Yeah there is definitely noticeable resistance in the Sensei over the G500.

I use the SideWinder X8

It has a long battery life and is very easy to put on charge even while gaming. My only complaint is that it's quite bulky, but I have big hands so it's okay.

Also it matches my MS X6 keyboard nicley. :D

Let me guess, you use Windows as well, you Microsoft slut :p lol :).
I was considering going for the X8 when I saw BTGames had a sale on it a couple years back, I think it was for R300 or something which wasn't bad.

I have had this mouse for quite a while now, without issues.
As a result of using it, I've grown accustomed to its palm grip style.

Pros:
1000 DPI
Comfortable, even for extend play (despite my large hands)
Very responsive
Retractable cable for easy transportation
Mouse wheel is pronounced and has a rugged-like feeling for easier access and a more 'precise' feeling.

Cons:

No side button (which would be very useful - especially for a gamer)
Its size may not be conducive to all hand types.
Its cord may have a shortened life to its re-tractability function.

Summary:

A decent, well-performing mouse for anyone who uses a Laptop or Desktop PC.
It's durable, and because of its size, an ease for travelers.
