What movie did you last watch thread.

the main reason I have not watched it yet (and probably never will)

I dunno. It had a certain charm to it. It was a lot better than I expected, which surprised me.

Got Plex running on my desktop serving content to my house, so the wife and I started watching The Good Dinosaur in bed. She fell asleep within 10 minutes. Seemed better than Inside Out, so I'll make some time to actually watch it.

Old Movie, have watched it broken, but its on my top 10 movies off all time.
LA Story (with Steve Martin.) I watch it every now and then.

During one scene he quotes from Shakespeare. "It is a tale. Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing."

That bit has made me look at life in general much more relaxed. My previous boss was the shouting and swearing at you type. Walking in the office showing off his "alpha status" by belittling ppl. I always thought, that he was full of sound and fury, but in the end, signifying nothing.

Anyway, great movie with lots of little reflection on reality.

Last thing, one of the few movies where Sarah Jessica Parker looked good.

I watched Southbound, not a bad movie, considering I am not a big fan of horror, or at least mindless horror. I detest movies where for instance a blade is swung and ligaments cut with copious amounts of blood decorating the scene....and thats that, cept for the blond with the hormone induced large breasts screaming and whimpering, pretty much like me opening the new DooM...

I like to know what caused it, both in, who initially started the ball rolling and who is now continuing rolling the ball. Kept you going through the story, not THE movie of the year, but definitely a gem of a movie.

Black Dynamite - Ffs, this movie made me laugh, dont watch while eating or drinking. The humor is so quick at times, this one scene below, the accidental slap, lol @ 0:14 and how the camera cuts away....then next scene a smaller dewd....omf :D

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Definitely worth a watch.

The following aren't spoilers (not a single spoiler) but brief thoughts on the movie and I'm encapsulating it in Spoiler tags so that those who want to go and see it blind can do so;
Spoiler: show
I have concerns. Worth a watch because it's got some of the coolest shit I've seen in a comic book movie and the characters are awesome and fleshed out, but there are a lot of problems with this movie especially because of what the movie assumes and expects of the fans going in. Basically cool and epic movie with too much fan service and not enough plot. For me? Man of Steel is better film and sits at a 8.5/10 for me (and I'll defend that to the death of me) whereas Batman v Superman sits at a 7 and runs the tightrope of being a 6.5 or a 7.5 as I digest and reconcile my thoughts
.

Saw Civil War, good shit.
