what new xbox 2 player games

as the title suggests, any recommendations for recently launched xbox games that 2 players can play (example WC fifa 2010) - not online multiplayer.
 
What about them? Are you asking what new 2 players games are there? What new 2 player games are cool? or split screen? Kind of vague topic heading.
 
xbox games that me and my gf can play with eachother ie with 2 controllers. 2 player games like in the days before lan and online games
 
Well there are many Split screen games.... but not so many cool ones recently. Currently i play left for dead 2, gears of war 2 and borderlands with my GF. There is a new Fifa every year... latest being the world cup one but not sure if its any good.

More recently i got lost planet.... but the split screen is shit... the second player has to play as a guest so no achievements for them and they will not be able to customize their character.

Else what genre of gaming are you thinking of?
