I'm a flippen cheap date man. One cocktail and I'm tipsy as heck. There's one cocktail called a pangalacticgargleblaster (taken from hitch hikers guide to the galaxy) at cafe vacca matta in Monte Casino. That thing...SMACKS me.
And here's the funny thing now gents, maybe you can explain it to me.
I am not a heavy drinker. I never come near the stuff when I'm the one driving. Which is why I always drink a cocktail at home, or, if my wife is able to drive us home. So, with that said, I get tipsy from eating wine gums. But, I can down 2-3 shots of 80% stroh rum....and NOTHING happens to me. It burns the crap out of my throat, and then nothing. Not tipsy, not drunk, not naar.....nothing!

All of my friends and family knows that "I don't drink". But if you see my collection of liqueurs and stuff needed to make cocktails, you'll think I'm running a shabeen. That said, those bottles last me ages and ages.
One thing that I do, admittedly, drink too fast when it's available, is a good hannepoot. Man...that's lekker.
