Yea i gotta say metro 2033 redux is definitely worth it. not that 2033 alone isnt good for its time, but they really did a good job on the redux

So had a sealed copy of Metro 2033 Redux and Metro Last light Redux in my drawer. Busy downloading them both now. And will finish both before moving on to the next game

So I am going to be out of commission for a week or 2 Will be without a GPU for that period.
I however played quite a bit of Metro 2033 Redux, and what a game!

Managed to get a few nice screenshots quite early in the game.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

CS:Source still gets some love but ultimately it's CS:GO you need to put in many hour to be decent at this so don't start this
until you really don't mind not playing other games.

Left 4 Dead 2 has to be played co-op but is not big loss if you skip it.

Dota 2 also a big time investment and despite it being popular I think LOL is more popular (but I don't play either)

X-COM: UFO Defense

EVE Online

Saints Row 2

Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee

Oddworld is a great game, but it suffers no fools. It's old school platforming and puzzling great humour.
Skip Saint Row 2 get 3 or 4 if you really want to play a GTA spoof. It's a good series.
X-Com is a great game you should give it a little loving.
Only people I know that play EVE Online only play EVE online, so say good bye to your life. Plus months of work can all boil down to a hour long dogfight.
