What software do you use in your job?

Microsoft Word and Excel (definitely recommend knowing these programs at least at an intermediate level, it's pretty easy to amaze your average person with what these programs ate capable of)
Outlook
Qlikview (our business uses it and it works well but I don't know enough about it to recommend it - I gather it would be substantially different depending on what each business wants out of it)
Microsoft Navision (same as above)
Occasionally use Photoshop if required, but only because I'm already familiar with the software and sometimes the marketing/graphics teams have too much on their plates so I get a bit involved.
